  • How we'll work together

    Coaching with me is tailored, deep and immersive. There are times you'll walk away feeling like we've simply had a chat, only to realise hours later that the real work has been done on a deeper level, one that has already started to shift things more rapidly than expected.

    Each 90-minute session offers:

    • Space to step out of noise and into clarity.
    • Sharp, grounded coaching that cuts through surface-level stories and focuses on what lies beneath them.
    • A safe and friendly environment, in which you know everything you bring will be heard, held and worked through.
    • Tools and strategies you can apply immediately — from the theoretical and everyday to the strange but deeply effective.
    • Optional energetic insights to explore what’s moving beneath the surface.

    All sessions are held online, although in person work within North East England may be possible.

    Sessions cost £185 each, with three sessions available for £525.

    And though one-off sessions are powerful, and ongoing work with a coach can be the perfect fit for some people, I know that others need something different.

    The packages below are designed as a journey to which we can both commit, one that offers you the space to not only connect with and reclaim your own power and wisdom, but also embed new ways of being, leading and creating in every bit of your life.

    Coaching packages

    The Reset

    The Reset offers short-term clarity and alignment for those who find themselves at a crossroads and in need of a powerful reset.

    This package includes:

    • Three 90-minute coaching sessions (over two months)
    • Additional continued support between sessions
    • Tailored tools and reflection prompts to support you before and during our work together

    Costing just £555, the Reset aims to support you to make clear decisions, leaving you with renewed energy and a reset of your leadership story.

    The Leadership Deep Dive

    A medium-term package which supports you to reclaim and rebuild a sense of presence and power that is truly aligned with you. The Leadership Deep Dive is perfect for those women who want to shift how they lead — and live — everyday.

    The Leadership Deep Dive includes:

    • Six 90-minute coaching sessions (over three to four months)
    • Additional continued support between sessions
    • A personal "story map", outlining your patterns, strengths and growth edges to support your ongoing reclamation work.

    The Leadership Deep Dive costs £1,050, available to pay in full or as two instalments of £530. It's purpose? To support you to move into a place of truly sustainable leadership, rooted in clarity, confidence, integrity and your own deep wisdom.

    The Transformational Partnership

    This is long term legacy work ofor women who are ready for a deeper re-imagining and reclamation of their life, leadership and impact.

    Our partnership will include:

    • Twelve 90-min coaching sessions (over six months)
    • Continued support between sessions
    • Bespoke resources
    • Optional energetic insights
    • Closing reflection & integration session

    Our Transformational Partnership will bring about profound shifts in how you lead, live and create, offering strategies and insights that will continue to deliver change in your life long after our work together has concluded. Costing just £2,100, the Transformational Partnership can be paid for in full or in six monthly instalments of £355.
